In Tanzania who operate an Ultra Modern, State of the Art Fish Processing Plant
being constructed and to be run in conformity with the codes of practice set by
Directive 91/493/EEC of the European Union, guidelines published by the Codex
Alimentarius Commission of the joint FAO/WHO Food Standards Programmes and
guidelines set by the Food and Drug Administration of the United States
Department of Agriculture.
